Returns & Refund Policy

At Capo Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fully compliant with Irish Consumer Protection Law.

1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason.

  • Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of your cancellation. At Capo Studio, we extend this period to 30 days to give you extra peace of mind.
  • Return Period: Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unaltered, free from visible wear, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items that are deemed "used" beyond a simple trial may be subject to a deduction in refund value.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

  • Short-term Right to Reject: If your item is faulty, you have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of Fault: Please contact us at support@capostudio.com with your order number and photographic evidence.
  • Costs: If the item is confirmed faulty, Capo Studio will cover all costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

  • Intimates & Undergarments (where hygiene seals are broken).
  • Bodysuits (where hygiene seals are broken).
  • Gift Cards.
  • Personalised or Custom-made items.
  • Note: Under Irish law, "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items can still be returned if they are faulty.

4. How to Return

All returns are completed by mail to our warehouse.

  1. Request: Email support@capostudio.com to initiate your return.
  2. Postage: * Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., An Post Registered Post), as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse
  3. Faulty Items: We will provide a replacement or pay for the return shipping costs.
  4. Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Currency: All refunds are processed in Euro (€).
  • Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will include the standard delivery cost (if paid) for the initial outgoing shipment, as per EU regulations.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
